- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, Inc. in the Philippines in 2010 and is a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario, Canada (in Good Standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario)
- Has worked in a long term care setting in the Philippines for 5 years and has specialized in Geriatric Rehabilitation; has also worked in a Charity hospital in the Philippines for 2 years and has handled various musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary and pediatric cases.
- Performs manual therapy techniques including soft tissue release, peripheral joint mobilization, manual and/or PNF stretching, muscle energy techniques, manual cervical/lumbar traction, myofascial release/deep friction massage, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization or IASTM (e.g Edge mobility tool, guasha)
- Also incorporates Acupuncture and Kinesiotaping in my practice as well as active exercise prescription and patient education.
- Focused in providing quality care to my clients through thorough assessment and performance of individually designed, evidence-based treatment programs to meet my clients’ goals.
- Can speak English and Tagalog
